Management Teams 2012

All Managements Teams have to be ratified on an annual basis by the club committee.

Nominations will now be accepted for all our management teams as detailed below:

1) U6's & U8's

2) U10's

3) U12's & U14's

4) U16's & Minor

5) Senior/Senior Reserve/ U21

(NB - Due to the Senior Team's involvement in the All-Ireland Club Hurling Final, interviews will be conducted after the 17^th March for this management team.)

All nominees will be notified of dates for interview shortly after the closing date.

The closing date for management team nominations is close of day Fri 9^th March 2012.

Hurling Development Officer

We are also inviting names to come forward to apply forthe position of HDO within the Club.

Please see below for an outline ofwhat is ideally required for the post :

- to have both foundation & level 1 hurling coaching qualifications

- to have completed a child protection course

- to have a working knowledge of the OTú Coaching Model

Please see below for duties/roles expected to be carried outby the HDO

- to oversee all coaching being carried out

- by all coaches at all levels within the club

- in our Primary & Secondary schools

- to be aware of coaching being carried out by the various development squads and County

teams

- co-ordinate, liaise and report back to the Hurling Development/Executive Committees on

a regular basis
