Antrim GAA and their partners invite you to enjoy 'Féile Iománaíochta - Festival of Hurling'.
The kings of Irish hurling, Tipperary, the current All Ireland Hurling Champions are coming to West Belfast for a special weekend of events to celebrate the life of Father Alex Reid and showcase Ireland’s ancient games to locals and visitors alike.
Below is a selection of events that the general public are encouraged to attend and indeed engage with the cream of Irish hurling on what promises to be an exhilarating showcase!

Come along and witness the cream of Irish hurling, All Ireland champions Tipperary train in public view. Witness all stars and champions in action.
Meet and greet the panel.
The Father Alex Reid Perpetual Trophy
Representatives from Cumann Na mBunscoil Belfast will take on the rising stars from the Glens of Antrim in a special Primary 7 game that will be watched by the All-Ireland champions. Tipperary panel members will present Cumann na mBunscoil with the Fr Alex Reid Perpetual Cup in honour of Tipperary native and adopted son of West Belfast who dedicated his life to building the peace.

(Special Mass and Presentation)
Players will attend a special mass at Clonard Monastery where at which a specially commissioned plaque celebrating the life of Fr Alex Reid will be presented to Clonard Redemptorist order. Three of these commemorative plaques have been commissioned to be installed in the redeveloped Casement Park, Clonard and Tipperary.
Antrim v Tipperary Corrigan Park, 12.30pm
Perhaps the highlight of the weekend, Tipperary hurlers will take to the field at Naomh Eoin CLG Corrigan Park (Whiterock Road) for a hurling exhibition showcase against our very Antrim hurlers.
Access to Corrigan Park is limited and will operate on a first come basis. This is a non ticketed event.
