Start times for the 5km fun run, 10km race and 10 mile time trial.
The 'Big Yin' is the dual event - 10km race and 10mile time trial combined.
Saturday 9th November
8am registration opens
9.15am 5km fun run registration ends
9.30am 5km fun run start
9.45am 10km and Big Yin registration ends
10am 10km and Big Yin start
10.45am 10mile TT registration ends
11am 10 mile TT and Big Yin starts at 1 min intervals
12.30 Lunch for all followed by presentation of prizes
