I would like to request for more U16 matches to be arranged before the season comes to an end. You could ask Cushendall, Ballycastle, Glenshesk and Dunloy - just a few challenge games to keep our boys active.

every effort was made to have at least 3 games this year but unfortunately other teams did not work with us. At Under 8 the goal is to ensure basic skills are attained by each member of this panel, matches do not aid this evenly accross all players as there are some large differences in abilities at this age. Once skills are attained then our club policy is to advance team play from under 10 up. I hope this answer your query, however if you would like any further clarification feel free to chat with me. Due to the U14 camogie season finishing early as Dunloy gave us the points for our last match at the last minute. The mentors would like to thank the players for their full commitment for the full year. We had a very successful year winning league, Antrim and Ulster Feile. We had a great time in Galway (except for the weather). Your dedication was second to none. We would like to wish the players moving on to the next age group good luck and to the girls playing U14 next year we will look forward to seeing you hopefully being as successful next year as this one. If you give the same commitment to everything else in life as you did in the last year you will have
success in all you do. We wish you all the best of luck in your camogie careers and always wear your club and county jersey with pride and do first of all yourselves , your family and club proud. To your parents thank you for your support and help when asked anytime your help was invaluable.

I know its early in a childs development but surely more matches could have been played at this stage.
1 Blitz and 1 other match against Ballycastle is what this group have had, and it finishes up this Sunday so no more matches this year.
