Well done to the players & mentors for the commitment shown over a long season. You gave us many memorable days in 2010/11. Take a well earned rest and come back refreshed to do it all again in 2011/12. One further point. It is said that 'behind every good man is a good woman'. In the same vein behind every good playing team is a good administrative team. If you didn't have a strong admin team you wouldn't have a team on the pitch at all. So when we are applauding the playing team make sure we don't forget the hard workers behind the scene. I have recently read the AGM booklet and I can see that there are a few 'hurlers on the ditch'. Running Loughgiel GAC is akin to running a business so maybe a few members could be less critical and if possible, show a wee bit of gratitude.

Your team were a credit to their club & county. Fought tooth and nail to the death. Had too many wides and OL took their goal chances in 2nd half. Can be proud and can bounce back. Keep hurling alive in Antrim. Well done again.
Thanks for your comments and best of luck in the final.
